Currently the school comprises (1) one School Head, (13) thirteen nationally paid teachers, (1) one Administrative Assistant II and (1) one local school non-teaching personnel. The highest educational attainment of the teacher is Master’s Degree (Units) with 13 out of 13 or 100% of the total number of teachers.

Arcelo Memorial National Night High School maintains and pursues to give quality education to our students. For the past three years, the school sent teachers to training for both academic and skills training. All teachers attended the Gender and Development (GAD) Workshop, Values Formation Seminar and also In-Service Training conducted by DepEd. As the school year begins, teachers were also able to attend trainings that would helped them in delivering the learning process, one of which was the Summer In-Service Training.
